Brett is a partner at Kelley, Wolter & Scott, P.A. He has significant legal and military leadership experience, which enables him to lead many of the firm’s largest and most complex litigation matters and investigations. Brett represents clients in high-stakes civil litigation, white-collar crime, criminal investigations, health care fraud, regulatory compliance matters, government enforcement actions, banking law, reputational defense, and appellate law. Brett has been recognized by Minnesota Lawyer as a Minnesota Attorney of the Year and Up and Coming Attorney.

Brett is an avid pheasant hunter and you will often find him at the Minnesota Horse and Hunt Club when he can’t get to South Dakota. Brett also enjoys training his hunting dog, shooting sporting clays, ice climbing, scuba diving, backpacking, and fishing.
