Before joining Kelley, Wolter & Scott, P.A., Perry served as an Assistant United States Attorney and the Chief of Civil Litigation for the United States Attorney’s Office in Maryland and Minnesota. Perry also has extensive business experience, having served as in-house counsel and a senior corporate executive at UnitedHealth Group and Medtronic. In addition to his trial practice, Perry helps litigants resolve disputes as a mediator.

Adam is an active member of the bar, as well as professional organizations including the American Bankruptcy Institute. He writes and lectures nationally on bankruptcy-related topics including financial fraud, auditor malpractice, chapter 11 reorganization, and litigation.
