Mr. Wolter has invaluable government regulatory and litigation experience from his tenure as Litigation Section Chief for the FDIC where he coordinated failed-bank litigation throughout the U.S. and negotiated several multi-million dollar settlements. He also served as prosecutor for two Minnesota county attorneys' offices.
Since 1992, Mr. Wolter has used his experience to aggressively represent clients in both civil and criminal cases involving fraud, securities, ERISA and federal Indian law litigation. He has obtained significant rulings on behalf of clients at all stages of representation, including pretrial, trial and appellate levels.
